Brilliant Brand Solutions | AI Visibility for Cosmetic Dentists

For Cosmetic Dentists & Orthodontists

If patients are using AI to choose their dentist — are you showing up?

We help cosmetic dentists get chosen in AI search, so they attract high-value cases. And once a patient chooses you, we help you create an experience they remember.

Your next patient isn't scrolling through ten websites. They're asking AI and getting a shortlist. Whether your practice is on it depends on the signals you've built online — not just how good you are in the chair.

The shift most practices are missing

Most dentists don't realize this yet.

Patients still Google. But increasingly, they don't stop there. They ask ChatGPT which cosmetic dentists near them it recommends. They read a Google AI summary before they ever click a single link. They talk to Siri or Alexa on the way to work. By the time they pick up the phone, the decision is largely made.

Here's what makes this complicated: AI doesn't rank practices by skill. It can't tell that your veneers are exceptional or that your chairside manner puts anxious patients completely at ease. It recommends the practice with the strongest credibility signals — structured, consistent, trustworthy signals distributed across the web.

A lot of excellent practices are nearly invisible in AI search. Not because they're not good enough — because they haven't built the kind of online presence that AI actually knows how to read.

"The practices showing up in AI results aren't necessarily the most skilled. They're the most structurally visible. That gap is closeable — and it's closing fast for the practices paying attention."

The modern patient decision journey

How patients choose a dentist now

It's not a ten-tab comparison session anymore. The decision narrows quickly — and AI is doing much of the narrowing.

01

They search — but not how you think

"Best cosmetic dentist near me" used to mean a Google results page. Now it means an AI summary, a voice response, or a ChatGPT conversation. The patient gets a short list — often two or three names — before they've visited a single website.

If you're not in that summary, you're not in the running.

02

They compare — quickly and quietly

Once AI narrows the list, patients do a fast credibility check. They look at your website, your reviews, your content, and how your practice presents itself online. They're not spending twenty minutes. They're forming a gut impression in sixty seconds.

Authority, clarity, and consistency win this stage. Vague messaging and an outdated website lose it.

03

They choose the one that feels most credible

They're not choosing the cheapest option or even the closest office. They're choosing the practice that felt most trustworthy and most aligned with what they want — before they ever called or booked.

That trust is built through visibility, positioning, and the signals your brand sends at every touchpoint.

What we do

How we help you get chosen — and stay chosen

Three distinct layers. Each one builds on the last.

Layer 1

Get Found

We help you build the kind of online presence AI actually knows how to read and recommend. That means structured credibility signals, strategic positioning, and visibility that extends well beyond traditional SEO into the AI tools your patients are already using.

This isn't about gaming an algorithm. It's about making sure that when a patient asks AI for a recommendation, your practice genuinely belongs on that short list — and shows up there.

Layer 2

Get Chosen

Showing up is only half the job. Patients still have to choose you over the two or three other names they see. We help you build the authority, messaging, and trust signals that make that decision feel obvious.

Clear positioning. A website that communicates premium value. A digital presence that matches the quality of care you actually deliver. That's what turns visibility into booked consultations.

Layer 3

Be Remembered

Getting found gets you the consult. What happens inside your practice determines whether they say yes — and whether they ever refer anyone. Branded experience items, comfort kits, and thoughtful patient touchpoints create the kind of care people talk about.

This is where loyalty and referrals are built. And it starts long before the patient sits in the chair.

What this looks like in real life

What AI notices — and what it misses

AI doesn't evaluate your skill. It evaluates your signals. Here's what it's actually picking up — and what it can't see, no matter how good you are in the chair.

What AI notices & rewards

Strong, structured credibility signals

  • Consistent name, address, and phone across every platform
  • A Google Business Profile built around specific procedures, not general services
  • Patient reviews that mention treatments like veneers, implants, and smile makeovers
  • Treatment pages written in plain language that answer real patient questions
  • Clear alignment between your website, reviews, and listings
  • Mentions and links from relevant directories and third-party sites
  • Content that reinforces exactly what your practice is known for
What gets ignored no matter what

Things AI simply cannot see

  • How technically skilled you are at cosmetic procedures
  • Years of experience that aren't clearly communicated online
  • The quality of your patient care inside the office
  • Awards or credentials that aren't consistently published and referenced
  • Word-of-mouth reputation that hasn't translated into reviews
  • A beautiful office with little to no visual or written presence online
  • Excellent results that live only in your internal case photos

How this plays out in real life

Skilled, but vague online

General service pages. Inconsistent listings. Reviews that say "great staff" but never mention specific treatments. A clean website, but no clear positioning.

To a patient, this might feel "fine."
To AI, it's vague — and easy to overlook.

Clear, credible, and recommendable

Clear treatment pages for veneers and implants. Reviews that mention specific procedures. Consistent listings across platforms. Messaging that reinforces a focused specialty.

To a patient, this feels more credible.
To AI, it's easier to understand — and more likely to be recommended.

Both practices may be equally skilled. But only one is sending the signals AI knows how to read — and that's the one more likely to show up when patients start searching.

The person behind the strategy

Hi, I'm Jennie Stoll.

Founder, Brilliant Brand Solutions

I didn't stumble into cosmetic dentistry marketing. I was led here by nearly fifteen years in pharma research — a career built on data, analytics, and technical writing — and a deeply personal education in what patient experience actually means.

I'm the mother of two daughters born prematurely. My youngest spent her earliest years fighting for her life, undergoing more than 100 procedures to stabilize her airway. Medical personnel were constantly working around her mouth and face, and over time she became deeply protective of that space.

Getting her to trust a dentist required rebuilding that trust from scratch, visit by visit. It taught me something no marketing textbook ever could: the patient experience starts long before the first appointment. When trust is missing, patients don't come back.

I also know what it's like to be the anxious patient in the chair. I've dealt with dental anxiety for years, and I understand exactly what makes a patient feel safe, seen, and confident in their choice. That's what I help cosmetic practices create.

Today, I work with cosmetic dentists and orthodontists who are excellent at what they do but haven't built a presence that reflects that excellence where patients are actually looking. AI is already changing how patients choose their providers. The practices getting positioned now are the ones that will own their markets.

Full transparency, always

If I don't know something, I'll say so. No smoke, no mirrors.

Data-driven recommendations

I analyze before I advise. Every suggestion is backed by research, not guesswork.

Deep patient empathy

I've been the anxious patient and the terrified parent. I understand both sides of the chair.

Long-term relationships

I'm not here for a quick win. I want to grow with your practice.

The smart first step

AI is already recommending practices in your market. Is yours one of them?

If your practice isn't sending the right signals yet, the good news is that this is fixable — and it doesn't require an agency or a tech overhaul. This isn't a generic marketing guide repackaged for dentists. It's The Practice Playbook — a step-by-step guide written specifically for cosmetic dental practices, in plain English, with actions your team can take right now.

  • Why AI recommends who it does — It's not about who's best. It comes down to four specific signals. The Playbook names them, explains what they mean for a cosmetic practice, and shows you how to start building them.
  • Your Google Business Profile is probably incomplete — Most practices list services too broadly, which makes it harder for AI to connect you to specific patient searches. There's a right way to fix this. It's not complicated, and it's in here.
  • Ready-to-use ChatGPT prompts, included — Writing treatment pages and patient FAQs that AI actually recognizes is a skill. The Playbook gives you the prompts so you don't have to figure out the wording from scratch.
  • A 30-day plan your team can actually follow — Not a strategy deck. A week-by-week action plan built for practice owners and their teams — the people actually running the day-to-day.

Instant access. Plain English. A clear path forward for your practice.

The experience layer

Getting found gets you the consult. What happens next determines everything else.

Visibility brings patients in. But whether they accept treatment, come back, and refer others — that depends on how your practice feels from the moment they choose you. Branded experience items, comfort kits, and thoughtful patient touchpoints turn a good visit into one people actually talk about.

This isn't swag. It's strategy. Every detail inside your practice is either building trust or quietly eroding it.

Comfort Kits

Spa-quality take-home items that reduce patient anxiety and signal that your practice thinks beyond the appointment. These set the tone before the patient ever sits in the chair.

Branded Experience Items

Premium, thoughtfully chosen products patients actually keep, use, and mention to others. Not promotional giveaways — intentional extensions of your brand and care philosophy.

Referral-Driving Touchpoints

Strategic moments in the patient journey designed to turn satisfied patients into active advocates. Because the most powerful marketing your practice has is a patient who can't stop telling people about you.

Ready when you are

Your patients are searching right now. Be the answer they find.

The practices that will own their markets in the next few years are the ones building AI visibility today. The Practice Playbook is where that starts — a clear, practical first step built specifically for cosmetic dental practices like yours.
